In a normal case my attorney fees are: Chapter 7-$2,500, Chapter 13-$3,400. In addition, court costs for a Chapter 7 case are $299, while for a Chapter 13 they are $279. Both cases require a credit report of around $50 per person and bankruptcy debtors are also required to purchase and attend two internet or telephone classes of around $50 per person each class. Any additional costs will be discussed with clients as necessary, if such is. Any additional fees for disputed claims or any type of adversary matter are at the current rate of $300 per hour until November 1, 2012, when that price will be analyzed for any necessary adjustment.
