Hop Head Farms is both an organic test plot hop farm situated outside of Delton, Michigan and a sustainably grown hops farm in Hickory Corners, Michigan. We grow 9 varieties of hops for commercial production with another 8 on current trial. We welcome questions and visitors. Our hops have made their way into beers made by the Livery in Benton Harbor, MI, as well as the Walldorff Brewpub and Bistro of Hastings, MI. We expanded our organic yard this past year. Also we received a two year grant (from NCR-SARE) to study biological disease and insect control in our organic yard, stay tuned for an update from the study.
