Veterinary Acupuncture and Healing Arts, PLLC is owned by Long Island borne holistic veterinarian Dr Lisa J. Donato. Dr. Donato has a BS in Biology and DVM degrees from Cornell University. She is a Fellow of The American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture (FAAVA) and is Certified in Veterinary Acupuncture (CVA), Tui Na, Chinese Medical Massage (CVT), Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and Herbology (CVH) and Animal Chiropractic (CAC). She also has post-graduate education in Homotoxicology, Homeopathy, Chinese Food Therapy and Western Herbal Medicine. Additionally, she provides wellness examinations and nutritional supplements. Dr. Donato sees canine and feline patients on a housecall basis on Long Island including Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
