We are a small dairy located in Dutchess County NY. Currently milking 17, of various breeds,(Brown Swiss,Ayshire,Jersey,Holstein,and Lynn the Linebacker) using strict organic farming practices. We NEVER use antibiotics or growth hormones. The girls diet consists of hay and corn silage in winter and pastured in spring,summer and fall.
