Vaccines are given only after careful evaluation of risk. Pets who live indoors and are never boarded have a much lower risk of exposure. The old practice of "every vaccine every year, for every patient", is no longer valid, and Village Veterinary moved away from this in 1998. We strive to stay current with veterinary immunologists recommendations, and minimize vaccine-associated side effects.
