At Bet the Farm, we had a vision of a shop that offered a selection of local foods and wines for tourists to our area and for our local neighbors. To accomplish that we began making our own small-batch wines and offering a selection of other high quality wines made in the Finger Lakes region. To the mix, we added some local cheeses, confections, condiments and all kinds of great food products being produced in the Finger Lakes and throughout New York State.
