His practiced roasting techniques, and small batch roasting process -- less than 100 pounds at a time -- produce one of the finest coffees available. From high in the Andes of Peru, to the islands of Indonesia, Wolf Coffee selects only the highest quality Arabica beans grown throughout the world, primarily from organic and fair trade growers. Considered one of the foremost coffee roasters in the specialty coffee business, Rick has achieved the art of full city and dark roasts, bringing each blend to its peak of perfection, resulting in a rich, creamy and smooth flavor.
