Sunrise Produce Inc. was founded in 1995 as a fresh produce Distribution & Marketing company. Its initial operational function was handling fresh fruits and vegetables for its affiliate, Sunrise Orchards, and other local growers throughout the Midwest and South. The Principals, Thomas Kercher and Richard Jones, have over 100 years combined experience in growing, marketing and distributing produce. With food safety at the forefront of the produce industry, Sunrise Orchards' farms and harvest procedures are USDA GAP Certified. Sunrise Produce's network extends beyond Sunrise Orchards, as it has an extensive list of growers that supply year round fresh produce.
