It all started in my kitchen in Mansfield, Texas while on the quest to bake the softest and chewiest chocolate chip cookie ever. I worked on baking the best chocolate chip cookies for my blended family of eight. Finally, the cookie was perfected and the kids voted to add M&M's to make the cookie even more delicious. So, then, I was on another quest to make other cookies that were just as mouthwatering, chewy, and soft.
