I have a commercial kitchen and I do not at present have a retail store. I am in the process of working to get a new web site that is more informative and the shopping cart is easier for customers to order my products. I enjoy giving samples and retailing in the Texas wineries on the weekends and for their special wine and chocolate tastings and festivals. I enjoy making large orders of chocolate truffles for special events such as in February I made 5000 truffles for the Texas Wine Lovers Tour and it is gratifying to still see customers remark about the delicious truffles in the gold box. I am marketing my gift boxes for corporate and businesses in the surrounding areas along with trying to do some networking with the area B&B, lodging and hotels. 24 hours a day just isn't enough .
