Alice's Pantry Treasures specializes in All Natural and Organic Roll/Bread Mixes. We also specialize in our popular Sweet Heat Preserves. Our cookbook, Alice's Pantry Treasures is also available, handwritten back in 1982 and revised in 2012. In Virginia, our company bakes assorted breads and rolls using our mixes for Coops in our state, our local Farmers Market, a indoor shop at Mineral Pack and Ship in Mineral, Va., catering jobs, local and out of state friends and relatives, not to mention our Church Communion bread. Our roll mixes are so versatile, yet so easy. All you add is the yeast included and water. There is nothing like fresh "HOT" rolls or bread right out of your oven. Our mixes give you that nice light textured yeast roll that your grandma would pull out of her oven. My grandma, (Nanny, we called her) made bread every Thursday. She never did have a recipe, but with the help from my Mom, we soon got it right with my recipe giving us that same textured, grand tasting rolls and bread just like my Nanny's. Each bag makes 2 dozen rolls or 2 loaves. The breads are excellent for freezing as well.
