Mr. Nelson is a formally trained Cordon Bleu chef who makes the world’s best chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie is hand made by Mr. Nelson, as he is the only employee, and is consider a very high end luxury chocolate chip cookie. Cookies are shipped in a handmade custom box that is hand signed and hand batched by Mr. Nelson himself. In addition, Mr. Nelson hand writes every card inside the box and all cookies are shipped overnight or two day on the day they are baked. Mr. Nelson only makes 288 cookies a day, no more so they are very limited quantity and very exclusive.
