Percival Packing L.L.C. is a U.S.D.A federally inspected meat processing plant located in Scott City Kansas. Customers bring in their live animals and we butcher, dry age, and package each individuals meat to their specifications. Percival Packing specializes in processing beef, pork, and some lamb. We also have a public retail meat case selling several products; steaks, ground beef, beef bratwurst, snack sticks, beef jerky, pork roasts, pork chops, hams, bacon, sausage, and some seafood. We can ship our products all over the U.S.A. Whatever your protein needs are, we can meet them.
