We package your meat in vacuum sealed packages with labels indicating the cut and weight. Our retail store has meats packaged for individual sale. Smoking is available for salmon too! We have lunchmeat, roasts, steaks, chops, anything you may want to throw on the grill tonight! Call ahead we'll even marinated for you and you can pick it up on the way home from work!
