We're a first-time startup father and son operation based in Leeds, AL that focuses on creating some of the best BBQ you will ever taste. Huck (Glenn Kirkland) was a brick mason for 30+ years and with the way the housing market dried up, new constructions were practically dead. Huck built a small brick smoker at his lakehouse on Lake Martin and after years of tinkering with a rub, the result was some of the best ribs every made by man. The neighborhood would clammer for anytime the smoker was fired up as the smell of Hickory saturated everything. After many pushes to open a restaurant, Huck's Rib Shack was born.
