In addition, we cook on location with our custom trailer/kitchen/rotisserie oven so that you and your guests get the hottest, freshest food possible. We setup buffet line tables covered in a choice of table clothes. We also provide chaffing dishes, heavy duty paper plates, heavy duty plastic eating utensils wrapped in full-size 3-ply paper dinner napkins, provide condiments and serve your guests wearing black pants and white chef coats. Our prices are based on current market value, taking into account the number of guests you are expecting and the menu you select. So each menu is custom tailored to what you want to serve at your event, not some prefixed menu that can't be changed. We don't charge travel charges.
