Tom graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and has worked for the Sheraton-New Orleans, the Hyatt Regency-Pittsburgh, and the Westin Hotel-Vail, before starting his own catering company. He has spent the last 13 years in the Colorado high-country developing recipes that cater to casual outings or formal dinners for groups of 15 to 1500.
