After years of surf trips to Mexico, Joseph Fullmer wanted to bring his love of the fresh fish tacos of Baja to Hawaii in a family friendly atmosphere and opened North Shore Tacos in May of 2010 in Hauula, Oahu. In 2014 Joseph partnered with Elen Corazzari and opened an additional food truck location at Shark’s Cove in Pupukea, Oahu in May of 2015.
