Growing up as a young child, I hung around in the kitchen with my mom watching and helping her cook for the family. I was also intrigued and inspired by a grilling technique called “barbeque on a stick”. This technique was introduced to me when I was stationed in the Philippines. After years of learning and perfecting some amazing BBQ flavors, I crafted a homemade spice seasoning and BBQ sauce from scratch.
