In 1948 Da Wabbit opened at 615 Kepler Street in downtown Gretna. It was an instant hit and local favorite as a drive-in with its iconic Bugs Bunny themed sign. As times changed so did Da Wabbit. Under the watchful eye of current owners Eric and Dawn Savoie, who took over in 2004, Da Wabbit has thrived. But don't worry the iconic sign and its carrot eating mascot have lived on through the years, still standing at what has transformed into Café 615 Home of Da Wabbit in what is now historic downtown Gretna.
