Since 2011 Chef Michael Frenes has created a barbecue experience like no other by using high quality meats, organic veggies, and freshly baked breads. Our AWARD winning baby-back ribs, pulled pork, and tri-tip are seasoned with our house-made dry rubs and fresh marinades, then slow smoked for several hours to guarantee that “real smoked” barbecue flavor. Our freshly ground and seasoned ½ pound Angus beef burgers are handmade and our free range chicken breast are marinated to perfection. We hand cut our fries and potato chips, freshly mix our slaw to order, and all of our sauces are made from scratch!
