Hi I'm Dr. Hoover, I'm a third generation Chiropractor! I have literally grown up in the profession. Growing up I loved watching both my Dad and Grandpa care for their patients with just their hands and get remarkable results. From that moment on I had a love for healthcare because it gives the ability to help people, to change their lives for the better. When I was in undergrad I knew I wanted to be a doctor but wasn't sure what kind. After much contemplation, I decided to follow in my Dads and Grandpas footsteps. Why? I just felt the more holistic/natural approach was for me. While at Chiropractic college I fell in love with nutrition after seeing the huge impact that it can have on our lives. I took every nutrition class and seminar I could to help quench my thirst. Helping people out nutritionally is the most fundamental thing you can do to help the body heal. After being in practice for a while I started researching Functional Medicine and the great results people were getting with it. I knew that it was also something that I needed to learn and be a part of. So I enrolled in a program. The program was all i ever could have wanted it to be and then some. Next step in a long line of things I look to accomplish is work at getting my Diplomate in Nutition.
