Welcome to Care Point and Touch, Non-Medical A.B.I. Waiver Approved Personal, In-Home Care Service. Care Point and Touch is a non-medical agency that provides care and support services to individuals with Mental Illness, Brain Injuries, Physical and Mental Disabilities in a community setting. Care Point and Touch is a twenty-four hour agency employing ILST's (Individual Life Skill Trainer), C.N.A's/Home Health Aides/Homemakers, Companions and P.C.A's (Patient Care Assistance) and A.B.I. waiver approved. Our staff takes a holistic approach to the individual, carefully analyzing and monitoring financial, housing, vocational, relationship and health needs on a one-to-one basis. We will have monthly/annual meetings with clients, parents, peers and staff to assess the individual's goals.
