I conduct assessments, use different therapy modalities, and will work with you to provide support until you have achieved your goals. We know that accessing mental health care can be overwhelming. And recent events have only amplified the need for more accessible and affordable mental health care. Our therapists can offer individual, couples, and family counseling for you through MinuteClinic, located in CVS HealthHUB locations. We accept most larger insurance plans. We can bill your insurance directly, or you can pay with cash or credit card, or use your EAP benefits. Our availabilities are 7am-7:30pm.
