Dr. Kevin Condict takes a proactive, patient-centered approach in which every patient is treated according to individual needs. He specializes in total joint replacement for everyone, athlete or not, with a focus on the following areas: Total Hip Replacement Full and Partial Knee Replacement Outpatient Total Joint Replacement Primary and Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement Computer-Assisted Knee Replacement Sports Medicine Shoulder and Knee Arthroscopy Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Dr. Condict now lives in Tipton with his wife and three children. He is the team physician for Tipton High School athletics and serves as the medical director for both orthopedics and physical medicine at Indiana University Health Tipton Hospital. Dr. Condict performs inpatient surgeries at both IU Health Tipton and IU Health North hospitals and outpatient surgeries at the Beltway Surgery Center on the north side of Indianapolis.

Dr. Dale Snead always knew he wanted to be a doctor. His grandmother suffered from leukemia when he was a child, and her diagnosis inspired him to go to medical school so that he could serve people in need. In addition to athletic injuries, Dr. Snead specializes in treating adults with upper extremity disorders. His focus areas include: Shoulder Replacement/Reconstruction Advanced Arthroscopic Techniques o Rotator Cuff Repair, Instability, Capsular Reconstruction Instability of the Shoulder Fractures of the Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand Ligament and Tendon Injuries of the Elbow and Wrist Carpal Tunnel, Trigger Fingers Dr. Snead is a team orthopedic consultant for Purdue University and Wabash College and the team physician for Warren Central High School. Dr. Snead enjoys spending time with his three children and his wife Betsy. In his leisure time, he enjoys weight training, boating, golfing and traveling.

Dr. Mark Ritter first honed his skills as a team physician in the American Hockey League with the Providence Bruins. Now serving as a team physician of the Indianapolis Colts, he continually applies lessons learned from treating professional athletes to his work with all patients - athletes as well as those who have never set foot on a field or court. His focus areas include: Arthroscopic Shoulder and Knee Reconstruction Cartilage Restoration Shoulder Repairs, Rotator Cuff and Labral Tears Complex Knee Reconstruction Fractures and Trauma An all-star swimmer and swim team captain in college, Dr. Ritter now uses his downtime to read, travel and spend time with his children. He is happily married to Hadley Ritter, MD, an endocrine surgeon who specializes in thyroid and parathyroid cancer cases. They are the proud parents of two girls and a boy.

While in college at the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Jonathan Smerek was an engineering major who loved sports and served as captain of the track and field team. Years later, he still enjoys these dual interests, in a specialty that reinforces his passion for helping others remain active and pain-free. Dr. Smerek specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction. He is happily married and the father of two children.
