According to the just released 2010 census numbers Todd County ranked third in Kentucky for uninsured, meaning 23.5 percent of the counties citizens do not have insurance. Logan county ranked just above with 22.4 percent of the counties citizens being uninsured. Fortunately for these citizens Helping Hands Health Clinic is here to serve their medical needs.
