That’s why Select Urgent Care is open for extended hours on weekdays and weekends to offer you and your family convenient, high-quality care when you need it most. Our compassionate providers are committed to meeting the highest standard of healthcare delivery while focusing on the overall patient experience. No one likes to visit a doctor, but we work to make the experience as quick and painless as possible. And if your illness or injury requires a visit to another provider, we’ll coordinate with our colleagues in the medical community to get you referred to the provider you need. PCA cares may include: bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, toileting, shopping/errands, prep/make meals, light housekeeping, laundry and companionship. 245D- licensed services include In Home Support, Personal Support, Individualized Home Supports, Night Supervision and In Home Respite Care.

I carefully consider all aspects of your situation: your physical symptoms as well as your emotional, cognitive, nutritional and environmental situation. Then I help you use as many tools as it takes to get the best results in the least time. I may suggest certain services that I do not provide if I feel they will move you more efficiently toward your health goal. Services I provide include complex case consultation, classical homeopathy, traditional and GAPS nutritional consultations, and health and wellness coaching. I offer on-line tools to help you manage your own health and continue moving toward your health and wellness goals outside of our appointments. I provide service in person and via telephone when appropriate.
