Step One is the State and County primary provider of substance abuse services for all of southern Ulster County. Vincenza Freeborn, LCSWR, CASAC is the Clinical/Program Director at the Ellenville clinic. Step One's primary clinic and administrative offices are at 102-106 Vineyard Avenue in Highland, NY. Christopher Dennehy, LCSW, CASAC is the Clinical/Program Director of the Highland clinic. Step One accepts most insurance, medicare, medicaid, and has a sliding scale for self pay.
