Her passion has always been attributed to clinical medicine, namely dermatology. As such, she went on to receive her Masters degree in Physicians Assistant studies from Stony Brook University. Haleigh DeName is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC. She received her BSN and MS from Pace University and completed the APP training program at Schweiger Dermatology Group, where she trained alongside top dermatology providers and gained firsthand experience in both cosmetic and medical treatments. Haleigh has worked as an RN for seven years in an outpatient pediatric office as well as a family medicine/palliative/hospice unit at Montefiore Medical Center. Haleigh is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York.

He then completed both his surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Subsequently, he performed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California-Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. Dr. Jablon completed four years of military service as a physician. He was Chief of Otolaryngology-Facial Plastic Surgery at Hill Air Force base, Utah. He received a meritorious service medal and honorable discharge as a major from the United States Air Force. Dr. Jablon's scope of practice includes endoscopic sinus surgery with the latest techniques, including balloon sinuplasty and stereotactic navigation guidance surgery, snoring and obstructive sleep disorders, pediatric otolaryngology, and head & neck surgery. His special area of interest is in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
