I teach a systematic learning 12-Step Holistic Nutrition Education Program to Wellness locally and across the world in my home studio, via webcam/teleclass or I can travel to where I need to be to reach/teach my target audience! My 20 plus years of professional work experience (nearly 18 as a public health nutritionist), the woes of my life as a former obesed person/ "nutritionist", and paramount historical analysis verifying that minorities are suffering at an all time high from all degenerated diseases has lead to the Genesis of my practice. I lost about 70 pounds the all natural way (no surgery, counting calories, carbohydrates, fat grahams, strenous exercise etc..) just by applying sound nutrition to my life! Dieting is not normal. the body is self healing if given what it truly needs!
