Established in 1992, Home Health Care of Southeast Ohio is unique, in that we are an Independent, local, rural provider. We know that having your loved one surrounded by family and friends is the most important part in the recovery of an extended illness or disability. Our experienced, qualified staff provides services to enable the enrollee to avoid the necessity for nursing home placement. We do this by bringing the needed medical and support services to your home setting. A variety of programs and potential funding services exist which may provide resources to make these services available. Our RN Case Managers will discuss these options with you during your initial screening which includes an assessment and payment options.
