I'm a passionate young woman inspired to help others create a thriving, conscious life. On my journey of wholeness, I've gained experience working with seniors for confidence and dynamic stability, college athletic teams for sports conditioning, mind-body awareness techniques, self- sustainable living and so much more. My philosophy on health is getting to know each individual, their environment, and then guiding them in a positive, personal direction - with the knowledge & tools to create a vibrant lifestyle. In my free time I enjoy gardening, cooking, getting my sweat-on, brewing health tonics, hiking with my cattle dog and spending time with my loved ones.
