The Meadows is the leading behavioral health treatment facility in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania and a provider of integrated delivery systems for the treatment of mental illness. The Meadows, a 105-bed private behavioral health care facility on a spacious 52-acre rural campus, is located minutes outside State College in Central Pennsylvania. As an integrated behavioral health care delivery system, The Meadows provides comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Each unit on campus is age appropriate to ensure specialized care for every age group.
