The Village is located on 80 acres of water front woodlands in Louisville, TN, close to Knoxville. The Village is licensed by TMHDD as a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility and accredited by JCAHO. A private, state approved, SACHS accredited school, with teachers also certified in Special Education, exists on both the boys and girls campuses. The program treats adolescents(13-18)with an emphasis on co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, mood disorders and self harming behaviors. Treatment protocols include evidence based, best practice, multi- modal approaches, including a pro-social methodology, within an incentive based framework and are directed by a full time Psychiatrists.
