Kenneth R. Brooks, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon working at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is additionally affiliated with Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital, John Sealy Hospital, Christus St. John Hospital, and the University of Texas Medical Branch Specialty Care Center at Victory Lakes. Dr. Brooks specializes in sports medicine, adult reconstructive orthopedic surgery, hip osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, and wrist osteoarthritis. Educated at Rosalind Franklin University, he completed his residency at Rutgers University. Being an advocate for continued education he dditionally completed fellowships at Wayne State University, the Detroit Medical Center, and the University of Texas Health Science Center. He is a professional member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Texas Orthopaedic Association to remain abreast in the field.
