Munday Scientific is pleased to announce we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with Danny Duncan (Triangle Instruments). Munday Scientific and Triangle Instruments are leading microscope service providers in the southeast. Munday Scientific will provide three full-time service technicians, with two additional in-house technicians. The merger with Triangle Instruments, based in Fuquay Varina, NC will further strengthen our position in the microscope service market. The combination of Munday Scientific and Triangle Instruments will provide a higher level of service to our clients. The partnership is also expected to result in greater efficacies and significantly increase our market share. Triangle Instruments lead service technician Daniel Duncan will still be providing service to most of the Triangle Instruments customer base. Assistance from Munday Scientific will be done on an as needed basis. All billing and invoicing will be done through Munday Scientific. As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our clients, partners and employees to make the integration process as smooth as possible. The integration of both companies will take place immediately. With this partnership our customers will receive the same high-quality microscope service, which they have come to expect.
