Aaron Schrader, is the past President of the Indiana Well Drilling Association and member of the National Ground Water Association. He also created the first TV commercial for water well drilling in the 1970's. He moved the company from cable tool to the rotary drilling method and expanded the company's services and drilling operations to where they are today.
