Patchwood products is a manufacturer of wood pallets, including hard and soft wood pallets and related wood products. • The company has over 30 years of experience in the pallet business in Montmorency County, and is Veteran owned! • Besides construction, we also repair used pallets and send them to plants in the down state area. • We are certified for international heat treatment specs. We are looking to acquire new business to help our vets out. We are in a low income area and qualify as a HUBZone area and are HUBZone certified. We have acquired a new 50,000 square foot building in Hillman, MI and have employed four new staff who are veterans, to produce our products. Our facility also has storage units and office space available. As the company moved forward, the “Hire a Veteran” program has progressed with the hiring of four vets. We have obtained a DUNS number and are registered in SAM so we can bid on government contracts for work. This will help with production and the sale of products, which in turn will create more jobs in the community. As we gain momentum, our goal is to continue to seek resources to improve the community, and employ the veteran population.
