21st Century Builders was started in 1998 by Dennis Wellman,I worked on many project and then in 2004 my son Zach and his company 'Stellar Construction 'joined with me as a subcontractor.One of the things that I feel is important is for all our clients to have peace of mind in knowing that Zach and I are both insured and have worked with building inspectors in many communities including Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, and Wahoo.We have done many kitchen remodels, bath remodels, room additions,siding jobs, window replacements and decks.
