The James Flood building was built in 1904 and is one of the few buildings that was left standing after The Great San Francisco Earthquake in 1906. Not only is our office located in this historical building but we were chosen by the building management to be there Riser Management Company. In this capacity, we run service lines and do a majority of the inside wiring for the tenants in the building, working with a combination of old and new structured cabling. Due to the old building construction, there are few places within the building to conceal new cabling. However, we are still able to accomplish doing so by using a combination of fishing techniques and panduit molding.
