When the company I worked for was sold in 2011, I began doing contract work and supplementing my income with retail computer services. I am a trouble-shooting expert that can find your problem quickly and efficiently, while explaining the issue in a non-tech way. Many IT geeks talk to you in terms you just can't understand.
