The name Invictus is Latin for Invincible or Unconquerable and our staff routinely live up to the name. We know we are the underdogs. We know we have no established image or professional presence in this industry. We do have determination, drive, and a passion for Environmental science. Prior to forming this company, we all worked for the more established companies and saw first hand how creativity, integrity, innovation and ethical practises withered and died. We wanted a challenge, a chance to lead by example, an opportunity to help our clients, our neighbors, and our environment while departing from the corporate culture of greed and dishonesty that plagues private companies in our industry. Thus Invictus H2O was born. Started in 2018, we are a family owned company that believes in giving back to our neighbors, our communities, those who risk life and limb to serve and protect, and to those who may need a hand up. We are currently examining ways to train and employ more Veterans, public safety personnel and at risk youth.
