Using the ancient 'Lost Wax' process we make highly complex, near net-shape metal castings to customer specifications. We are exceptionally good at working with our customers on casting design considerations to improve casting yields, improve strength and reduce cost. We have an ISO-9000 based quality system with Lot Traceability and can provide certifications for alloy chemistry, heat treatment, tensile & yield strength, X-Ray and Penetrant inspections. 100% of our poured alloys are tested to ensure proper chemical composition. In-house Optical Emission Spectrometry and CMM capabilities. Solidworks CAD capability. Alloy groups poured include mild and low alloy steels, stainless steels, tool steels, nickle and cobalt alloys, aluminum and bronze alloys.
