In the 1960’s it was purchased by Envirex Corporations and moved to Waukesha, Wisconsin. In the late 1960’s Envirex sold the deaerators division since it didn’t fit in with their existing lines of waste water treatment. In May of 1974 the company was purchased by the former owners Lucille A. & Jerome A. Goodman. They have retired and I, Nathan D. Goodman have started the newest chapter.
