We get 80% of our business by referrals from our customers. We are known to be Fair Priced and for fixing equipment that others have told "our now " Customers that it needed to be replaced. One Restaurant was being told that they needed new systems for months on end, the Vendor kept "trying" to fix the system. Our company was called in for a price on a new system which would have cost the restaurant thousands. When we where done a few hundred dollars later and 8 months later the system works better than ever and all is well. We have experienced the same from many home owners, the story doesn't change much, from the restaurant story. This is why we are so successful overall. We also do not go to a new customer and keep adjusting the price to get the deal. We understand that everyone wants a deal - but some deals are not worth it. We have ended up taking over the customer's service later because it wasn't such a great deal after-all, back-end costs, poor workmanship and added on charges. You might ask why take the customers after we lost the installation.... Because these customers are the most loyal and we get the best referrals from them.
