Sigmamotor Inc. was established in 1951. We have kept up with the times and are well equipped with state-of-the-art CNC mills and lathes as well as conventional tools. We do prototype work as well as mechanical assembly. We have a thorough, documented inspection department equipped with CMM machines where parts are inspected by process before they are shipped. Our shop can turn bar stock from 1/8" to 3 1/2" diameter and we possess a 10" chuck capacity. We work with many materials including aluminum,brass, hot and cold rolled steels, stainless steel,and alloys from titanium to hastalloy. We specialize in plastics , from ABS to Zelux.
