Millennium Industries provides services that include precision machining of downhole tools and surface equipment AND fabrication services including metal structures, skids, platforms, rig repair, compressors and pipeline equipment. The company has four divisions: Fabrication Millennium Industries is a contract, high-end metal fabrication and machining facility supplying quality service to a variety of industries. Over the last few years, we’ve built a reputation based on customer satisfaction and efficiency. With our state of the art burn table, design department, and sister machine shop with CNC lathes and mills, right next door, we’ve got all the bells and whistles to get your next project done right, and with time to spare. Machining Services include high-end precision machining of downhole tools and surface equipment for the oil and gas industry. We offer quality service and faster turnaround time. Our CNC lathes, mills and experienced machinist can handle your most complicated job done right, on-time and within budget. Engineering & Testing Provides design and drafting services for downhole tools and surface equipment associated with drilling, evaluation, completion and intervention services. The division also provides hydro testing capabilities up to 20,000 psi. Our engineering and drafting department uses SolidWorks ™ 3D modeling package. We accept hand sketches to full engineering drawings in any 3D program. We also provide a skid mounted pressure testing unit that can perform burst and collapse test up to 20,000 psi. Field Services We recognize that time and convenience is the essence to a strong relationship that is why we have added a field service crew to our list of capabilities. We can send our qualified and experienced inspector to come to your job site to visually see what your needs are and evaluate the best possible solution. Our crew of certified mobile welders can come to your jobsite and install any equipment requested as well as fix whatever may come up in the field.
