At the present time, Clarke holds the largest U.S. share of manufacturing and distribution of mosquito control products. We not only are the leading distributor with the largest market share, we also sell more of our proprietary brand than any other manufacturer in the U.S. market. We also are the largest provider of mosquito control service with 12 service centers in the U.S. Internationally Clarke has offices in Mexico, Brazil, India and Australia. Clarke is a 65 year old family owned and is presently run by third generation; John L. Clarke III, CEO. The company is headquartered in central U.S., in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area. Two manufacturing facilities as well as our research and development labs are located there as well.
