Accumatics is a manufacturing machine shop based out of Highland, MI – located within 50 miles of Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Lansing. Our services include: rapid prototyping and product development, engineering, material sourcing and distribution, low to high volume machining (CNC turning, CNC milling, etching, screw machining, engraving, porting, cutting), logistics & supply chain, and quality & inspection. Founded in 1977, Accumatics has over 40 years of machine experience in both Plastics and Metals. In 2009, Accumatics concluded its production of metals in an effort to reduce the company’s footprint. Since then, we have solely focused on providing engineering and manufacturing solutions in plastics to the world’s most intense markets. Accumatics serves multiple industries through both distributors and original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s). Industries served through business include Aerospace, Automotive, Medical & Pharmaceutical, Nuclear, Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Semiconductor & Solar, Electrical, and Plumbing/Refrigeration. Over the past five years, the industries that we have been most focused in have been Aerospace, Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, and Semiconductor/Solar, while still maintaining a share of business in the other industries that we currently serve. Accumatics primarily manufactures internal and external fluid control components with an emphasis on high pressure valve systems. PEEK (polyether ether ketone), PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), Nylon, Acetal, UHMW-PE (polyethylene), PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy), and PCTFE (polychlorotrifluoroethylene) are all common high-intensity plastics machined by Accumatics.
