PDI Plastics designs, prototypes & manufactures custom vacuum & thermoformed plastic parts for OEMs including trays, covers and enclosures. Capabilities to turn sketches and CAD drawings into 3-D designs, produce prototype molds and sample parts. After sample approval full production tooling is produced. Molded parts are trimmed using CNC routers. Fabricated plastic parts can also be made. Materials used include ABS, polystyrene, PVC, HDPE and PETG. Industries served include food & beverage equipment, medical equipment, outdoor & hunting, automotive, retail displays and electronics.
